Delete your TraxxSkills Account
 

Learners/Students may request deletion of their account through either of the following methods:

1. Account Deletion via Mobile Application

Users can initiate account deletion directly from the application by following these steps:​​

Step 1: Access Delete Account

Navigate to Profile & Preferences → Settings → Delete Account.

Step 2: Review Deletion Policy

Carefully read all account deletion instructions, policies, and implications displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Confirm Acknowledgement

Select the confirmation checkbox to acknowledge the following statement:

I have read all the instructions and policies regarding the Delete Account process. Also, in the future, if I want to create an account with the same email address, I will sign up for the application as a new user, and I will not be able to retrieve the old data.

Step 4: Enter Confirmation Text

Enter the following text exactly as shown:

DELETE

Step 5: Submit Deletion Request

Tap Confirm Delete Account to proceed.

Step 6: Final Confirmation Notice

Before the deletion request is submitted, the following notice will be displayed:

Important Notice:

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. If you create a new account later using the same email address, it will be considered a new registration, and any data associated with your previous account cannot be recovered.

2. Account Deletion Request via Website/Email

If you are unable to access the mobile application, you may request account deletion by contacting TraxxSkills Support.

Required Information

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Registered email address

  • First name

  • Last name

Processing Timeline

Account deletion requests submitted via email will be reviewed and processed within 3–7 business days, subject to successful verification of the user's identity.

Account Deletion Confirmation

Once your account deletion request has been successfully processed:

  • Your learner/student account will no longer be accessible.

  • Your account cannot be restored once deleted.

  • You may receive a confirmation email indicating that your account deletion request has been completed.

Data Retention and Soft Deletion Policy

TraxxSkills follows a soft deletion approach for learner/student account data.

User Information

The following information will be soft deleted and disassociated from your account:

  • User profile information

  • Personal details

  • Account-related identifiers

Activity and Reporting Data

To maintain historical reporting accuracy and system analytics:

  • User activity records may remain stored within the database.

  • Personally identifiable information (PII) will be removed or detached from those activity records.

  • Historical reports generated before deletion may continue to include your activity in aggregated or cohort-level reporting.

  • Deleted users will not be individually identifiable within retained activity records.

Re-Registration After Account Deletion

If you later register again using the same email address:

  • Your registration will be treated as a completely new account.

  • No previous account information, profile data, learning records, or settings will be restored.

  • You will not have access to any data associated with your previously deleted account.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is irreversible.

  • Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

  • Historical activity data may be retained in anonymized form for reporting, audit, analytics, and compliance purposes.

  • Re-registering with the same email address does not restore any previously deleted account data.
